This website is operated by Gwen Jones Coaching (“Gwen Jones”, “we”, “I”). This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this site or contact us, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information collected on this site

This site is a static, informational website. It contains no contact forms, no account system, no newsletter signup and no payment processing. We do not ask you to submit personal information through this website, and nothing you type into the nutrition calculator is transmitted anywhere — those calculations run entirely in your own browser and are discarded when you close the page.

Standard technical information may be recorded by our hosting provider in server logs, including IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request. This information is used for security and to keep the site running reliably.

Information you send directly

When you call or email using the details on the contact page, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address and a description of your training goals and schedule. That information is used only to reply to you and, if we work together, to design and adjust your coaching program.

Health information

Coaching clients may share health and fitness information such as injury history, medications relevant to training, bodyweight and measurements. This information is treated as confidential. It is used solely for program design and safety, is never sold, and is never published as marketing material — including photographs, results and identifying details.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a coaching relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required for legal, tax or insurance purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Requests are honoured promptly and free of charge.

Third-party links

The site links to external social media platforms. Those platforms have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Children

Coaching services are intended for adults. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
